Sherwood Siding Project
This is a construction defect project that was just completed in Sherwood, OR. As an Elite Preferred HardiePlank Remodeler we were called out to inspect the house and provide a quote for repairs.
The existing siding had failed due to faulty installation causing major dry rot and leakage issues. We removed all of the defective siding, repaired all of the existing dry rot, installed a HydroFlash moisture management system, installed ColorPlus HardiePlank (Pre-painted), installed HardieShake accents in the gables, and installed Cultured Stone accents on the front elevation.
The project included:
Removal of old siding (Failed installation)
Installed HydroFlash moisture management system
Performed major dry rot repairs on front elevation and roof
Installed ColorPlus premium Hardieplank lap siding
Installed HardieShake (Gable Accents)
Installed NT3 HardieTrim package
Installed Cultured Stone Accents
