OUR BATHROOM REMODELING PROCESS
Initial Consultation:
Once we determine your bathroom remodeling project is a good fit for our company we will schedule a free onsite consultation to get a look at your space, and go over in detail our bathroom remodeling process.
Design:
Should you decide to move forward with our company, we will start the design process which includes an in depth meeting so that our design team can start to create the initial design for your project. Our team utilizes technology such as Canvas to digitally scan your space to be remodeled, Chief Architect to create construction drawings and photo realistic 3D renderings of your bathroom to be remodeled. This allows our clients to see what the space will look and feel like before the remodeling project starts.
Estimate:
Once the design is completed we can finalize the bathroom remodeling estimate. Our estimates are multi page, detailed construction estimates giving you a clear picture into the overall costs of the project. We will itemize any "extras or upgrades" so you can decide if they are worth the investment.
Build:
Once the construction contract for your bathroom remodel is signed we will place orders for all of your selections and have them shipped directly to our warehouse. We will then start to build out your schedule in BuilderTrend and finalize the start date for your bathroom remodeling project. At this point your project consultant will take over control of the project from the design team.
Walkthrough:
After construction is complete, we will address any punch list items, and schedule to have the project professionally photographed. Once close out is completed it is time for you to enjoy you newly remodeled bathroom!
