Initial Consultation
We begin with a free in-home consultation led by an experienced Project Consultant—not a salesperson. During this visit, we confirm whether your home has any issues that are easily detected, and go over our siding replacement processes in detail to ensure all of your questions are answered. We try to keep our initial consultation to 1 hour or less as we respect your time.
Detailed Estimate
Next, we provide a clear, line-item PDF estimate outlining costs, siding options (HardiePlank®, Cedar, Cultured Stone, EIFS Replacement), and any necessary repairs. You’ll have multiple product and budget options up front—no surprises later.
Design
Once your estimate is approved, you’ll work with our Benjamin Moore color consultant to select the ideal color palette for your home. We then use HOVER’s advanced 3D modeling technology to create photo-realistic renderings of your chosen products and colors, giving you a precise preview of how your new HardiePlank®, Cedar, or Cultured Stone accents will look on your home before construction begins.
Build Phase
You'll be assigned one of our in-house crews who will be on the project start to finish. Our crews have been with us for between 3 and 20 years and we require that they work with us year round so that we have strong trust, and an established relationships with the guys doing the work.
Final Walkthrough & Closeout
When the project is complete, your Project Consultant and crew lead walk through the finished work with you to confirm every detail is perfect. You’ll receive your lifetime craftsmanship warranty and peace of mind knowing your home is fully protected.
