Lead Carpenter
Qualifications and soft skills

10 plus years experience in the remodeling field & managing a team

At least one specialized skill that is executed at a high level (e.g. framing, tile, finish work)

Can read blueprints

Owns all necessary tools for position

Punctual and professional, self starter, clean driving record, is comfortable interacting with clients, tech savvy, willing to lead and instruct carpenter 1's and 2's in installation methods
Carpenter 1
Qualifications and soft skills

5 plus years experience in the remodeling field

General to advanced skills in demo, rough carpentry basics (sheetrock a plus!)

Punctual and professional, self starter, team player who can take direction, clean driving record & reliable transportation, is comfortable interacting with clients, tech savvy, willing to improve skillset and ascend to a leadership position
Carpenter 2
Qualifications and soft skills

2 plus years experience in the remodeling field
