Lead Carpenter
Qualifications and soft skills
- 10 plus years experience in the remodeling field & managing a team
- At least one specialized skill that is executed at a high level (e.g. framing, tile, finish work)
- Can read blueprints
- Owns all necessary tools for position
- Punctual and professional, self starter, clean driving record, is comfortable interacting with clients, tech savvy, willing to lead and instruct carpenter 1's and 2's in installation methods
Carpenter 1
Qualifications and soft skills
- 5 plus years experience in the remodeling field
- General to advanced skills in demo, rough carpentry basics (sheetrock a plus!)
- Punctual and professional, self starter, team player who can take direction, clean driving record & reliable transportation, is comfortable interacting with clients, tech savvy, willing to improve skillset and ascend to a leadership position
Carpenter 2
Qualifications and soft skills
- 2 plus years experience in the remodeling field
- General to advanced skills in demo, rough carpentry basics (sheetrock a plus!)
