New Flooring, Walls Relocated to Open Up Additional Space, Finish Carpentry (Trim, Doors, Moldings)

Kitchen Remodel
This project included a full gut down to the studs of our clients existing kitchen in their NE Portland home which included the following;

Demo two load bearing walls and replaced with "hidden" beams to open up the space.
Jack up the existing floor and reframe to eliminate an existing sag due to poor quality framing in a previous remodel.
Upgrade all electrical and plumbing to current code requirements
Install new custom cabinets (shaker style)
Installed Caesarstone Quartz countertops (Misty Carrera)
INstalled oak flooring to match the rest of the house
INstalled a Marvin dual casement wood window over the kitchen sink for additional light
Install Simpson wood interior doors(shaker style to match cabinets)
Performed all finish carpentery including trim, base moulding etc... in a craftsman style

Game Room Remodel
We also remodeled their existing living room into a sound proofed "gaming room" which included the following;

2 inch chase added to the wall to hide all necessary wiring
Wired the wall for (2) 50" flast screen high definition tv's
Install two 50" high definition tv's via wall mount brackets side by side
Installed sound proofing insulation in the walls
