Project Details
This EIFS replacement project in Lake Oswego included the removal of the existing EIFS cladding from the front elevation, installation of Hardieplank lap siding in a staggered 4/4/7 inch reveal pattern, and a window & door trim package. We included a stained tongue & groove cedar accent on the front entry ceiling for added curb appeal.

Hardieplank Lap Siding
This client chose Hardieplank lap siding with a 4/4/7 inch reveal to create a more modern style for the home. Hardieplank is on of the best looking, and most durable options for clients in the Northwest. At LRS design is important to us and we make sure that our clients have access to all of the Hardieplank styles to insure they get the exact design, and finished product that they've always wanted. This design is has been very popular on newer high end homes and will add additional value, and differentiate their home from other homes in the neighborhood.

Cedar Accents
Using natural wood with a cement based product like Hardieplank can create a stunning accent for your home. On this project we wanted an upgraded look on the entry area so the client chose to go with stained tongue & groove cedar for the porch ceiling. This is a great way to upgrade the look of the entry without breaking the bank as a porch ceiling doesn't have a lot of square footage to cover.
