NORTH PORTLAND EXTERIOR RENOVATION

This was an exterior renovation on a craftsman home in North Portland that included all new Hardieplank smooth lap siding (4” reveal), HardieTrim window/door trim package in the craftsman style, rebuilding  two craftsman columns, installing tongue & groove (stained) on the porch ceiling,  building a craftsman cover over the side entry door, & installing & staining a Simpson craftsman entry door.

Restoring older homes in Portland is a specialty of our firm as we have access to in-house crews who specialize in the restoration of older homes. Restoring older homes is time consuming and takes crews who have a high level of craftsmanship to deal with the challenges an older home presents.
