The client wanted to transform the space by opening it up, adding a modern kitchen with updated storage as well as completely opening up the main floor to the kitchen and dining areas. This design allowed for much easier flow throughout the main floor for entertaining, and hosting family members.
Our Design/Build team removed unnecessary walls opening up the space, relocated the plumbing and HVAC creating an open and inviting space into the main living room and kitchen. We installed new flooring throughout the main floor, installed built-in cabinet storage, new lighting, and a fresh paint scheme.

-Remove wall into the dining room to allow for "hand through" access from the kitchen
