Project Details
This EIFS replacement project in Lake Oswego included the removal of the existing EIFS cladding from the front elevation, installation of HardiePlank lap siding in a staggered 4/4/8 inch reveal pattern, and a window & door trim package. We included a stained tongue & groove cedar accent on the front entry ceiling for added curb appeal.

This client chose HardiePlank lap siding with a 4/4/8 inch reveal to create a more modern style for the home. HardiePlank is on of the best looking, and most durable options for clients in the Northwest. Using natural wood with a cement based product like HardiePlank can create a stunning accent for your home. On this project we wanted an upgraded look on the entry area so the client chose to go with stained tongue & groove cedar for the porch ceiling. This is a great way to upgrade the look of the entry without breaking the bank as a porch ceiling doesn't have a lot of square footage to cover.
