EIFS Siding Replacment | NW Portland
This is an EIFS replacement siding project that we just completed in NW Portland. It includes the removal of the EIFS siding on the front elevation, installation of clear vertical grain cedar lap siding, a cedar window trim package and cultured stone accents. We also performed dry rot repairs for our customer on the rear elevation where the deck terminated into the house. Improper flashing was the culprit causing windows to leak underneath the decking. One of the advantages of working with our company is that we are able to handle all issues in-house allowing for the job to continue smoothly without delays which makes for happy homeowners!
