App. Cost: $11,404
Description of Work: Replaced 13 windows (including a 5' x 10') and a sliding glass door.
Member Comments: Angie's List 2006 Award Winner says it all. I called and talked to Gino. He was very upfront about their services and our time frame (within 60 days). He came out within the week. Bid was $8995 plus the slider. We upgraded the large window to get to $11,404. The windows were delivered in less than 3 weeks time, and installed almost immediately. Not only are the windows superior quality, but the install was superb. Jason (installer) did the job in 3 days and did excellent work, the windows look and fit perfect. Getting our old windows out was a challenge. Jason was very thorough and extremely clean with his work area. When the job was done, Gino came out to inspect and make sure we were happy. We are VERY happy! Hire these guys to do your windows. I cannot tell you how great it was to work with them.

Description of Work: Removed former T-111 siding, and applied hardy plank siding. Painted exterior siding and trim.
Member Comments: Lifetime Remodeling was extremely professional from start to finish. Their initial presentation and estimates were detailed, understandable to the average homeowner, and Kelly spent at least 2 hours with me, answering all questions with expertise and patience. Their work crews were always on time, hard working and polite. The quality of the work was superb. Their attention to detail was also exceptional, as if they were working on their own home. The work was performed exactly as described in their literature. Limited, minor flaws were carefully examined and fixed without hesitation. The paint was of the highest quality and applied evenly, generously, and neatly. Their follow up inspections exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company!

App. Cost: $20,000
Description of Work: Removal of 80-year-old cedar siding, blown-in insulation, new siding with Hardiplank Smooth, complete paint job.
Member Comments: This was an outstanding experience. Gino responded quickly to phone calls and came over for an estimate in the evening to suit my schedule. He thoroughly explained the job and everything went just how he said. The crew was courteous and informative. They even moved some jobs around to get it done before I hosted a baby shower! We originally ordered factory-painted Hardiplank but when they began the install, we realized the paint job was defective. I didn't have to say anything; the crew called Gino and as soon as he saw the problem, he had the crew tear off the defective siding and promised to have new, primed siding there within two days. This did happen, and they painted it beautifully on-site. Follow-through after the main job was completed has been thorough as well although I've had to "remind" about a couple very small things. For example, there was some small interior plaster damage and I'm expecting the "plaster guy" to call any day to repair, at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Remove EIFS stucco siding and replace with cedar siding and cultured stones and repaint the whole house.
Member Comments: We had EIFS stucco covering the front facade of our house. We got several estimates, some cheaper than Lifetime, but they were not from contractors that we had confidence in. We got a very fair price from Lifetime. We chose to have new cedar siding with cultured stone. We already had an entry arch that was faced in cultured stone and it proved impossible to match with new cultured stoned, so it was removed along with the EIFS. All of Lifetime's workers were very careful and they always kept the site clean and organized. All the crews who worked on our house did good work and were polite and professional, but we were particularly impressed with stone masons, who are true craftsmen. The whole house was completely repainted and Lifetime promptly took care of the final details to bring the project to a close. We are now confident that we have quality materials and quality workmanship and we are very happy with the end result.

Description of Work: Lifetime Remodeling Systems replaced the deteriorating siding on our house with HardiPlank, put cedar trim around the windows, rebuilt the soffits around the entire house, and installed a beautiful, energy efficient new front door. They also did a terrific job painting the siding and trim. Gino Streano served as general contractor, coordinating new deck installation, new roof and new gutters as well.
Member Comments: We were extremely impressed from beginning to end with the responsiveness of Gino. He explained the work needing to be done and the products in great detail. He patiently answered all of our questions, and kept in constant contact with us via e-mail and phone. He stopped in on the job site frequently to monitor progress. We had numerous problems due to the poor construction of our house and Gino was able to provide recommendations and solutions. His work crews were friendly, efficient and cleaned the area up each day.

Description of Work: Siding replacement with smooth Hardi-Plank, blow in wall insulation in some walls, replace all window sills and window trim, replace gutters, exterior paint.
Member Comments: Gino was very responsive in getting us an initial bid, and working with us on the details of what needed to be done. Roger was especially helpful in the process of choosing colors, and in later working with us as the painting was being done. As the job proceeded, Gino or Roger stopped by just about every morning to check on progress and answer questions, and were always available at other times. It was a real joy working with these guys and their crews - they were always willing to accomodate a request, and the results are really great! I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: We had them install hardy plank 5 inch siding around our 1400 square foot home. They also installed new bowed insulation and a new Simpson front door. The workers also removed the old, siding, insulation, and door from the property.
Member Comments: They did a great job with all of the projects. It took them about 3 weeks to finish. There were several different crews that showed up during the process. We checked over the work as they finished each project and were satisfied. There was not even one thing done wrong. When the complete job was done, they cleaned up every area very well. We did get several estimates and they were the lowest.

Description of Work: We had a complete tear off of the old siding on our house and garage, insulation blown in and cedar shingle siding installed, that was pre-stained with a natural finish on the house, with hardiplank siding installed on garage. New trim was installed around all doors and windows. All trim, windows, chimney and garage were painted.
Member Comments: From the very beginning when meeting with Gino, we were very impressed with the professionalism, excellent communication and knowledge of every person who completed our project. From Logan and his crew to Roger and his crew, we were very impressed by the craftsmanship and quality of the work performed. We have had many projects completed on our home and this one by far exceeded our expectations, both in the final product and the amazing communication that we experienced at every phase of the project. We cannot recommend this company enough!!! Thank you to everyone at Lifetime Remodeling Systems, we love our beautiful restored bungalow and continue to get compliments. We will always consider you as our friends.

App. Cost: $32,000
Description of Work: We hired Lifetime Remodeling to remove EFIS siding on the street facade of our home and replace it with tight-know cedar and cultured stone. They removed the EFIS and repaired and replaced an area with minor structural water damage. They installed a moisture barrier and flashing before installing tight knot cedar to match the rest of the house. Next they sent John (Michaelanglo) to install cultured stone accents adding character to select areas on the front of the house. Ralph and John were instrumental in helping us decide where to place the stone treatment for maximum esthetic appeal. The stone work includes large columns that support our front entry, stone surrounding a large window that became the focal point of the front of the house, and waist high stone "walls" on the garage area tying the entire front of the house together architecturally. The last step in the project was completed with 2 coats of highly weather resistant paint on the entire house and trim.
Member Comments: We are "150%" satisfied with the outcome of our project. From start to finish everything turned out better than we expected. Ralph's attention to detail, thoroughness explaining every step, and patience with us as we made our choices on the type of stone, where to place the stone, and paint colors was outstanding. The Lifetime team, including Gino, Jamie, John, Roger and Steve "the painter" were a pleasure to have around. As a homeowner, when I pick a contractor, one of my primary criteria (not price) is that the workers treat the project like a home rather than a job site. Ralph and his team exemplified this behavior. As an example, I came home from work one evening in time to find Jamie and his crew vacuuming our driveway as they were cleaning up for the day. John, the stone mason was as meticulous as an artist, hence "Michaelanglo." The finished job lived up to his nickname. Steve and his crew were so good we have since hired them to paint our interior trim and mouldings.

Description of Work: Lifetime completely re-sided our home. This included removing all of the existing siding, fixing all dry rotted boards, soffits, and fascia. They put up a vapor barrier, including rubber gaskets around the windows. They installed 2.5" reveal preprimed cedar lap siding. They also installed new trim around the windows, and painted the house and trim. We added on a new back door pain and installation, halfway through the job, and they accommodated us in that. Finally, they installed new gutters.
Member Comments: Ralph came to do the bid, and was very professional. He explained that they would be a bit higher than other bids, because they focus on quality, both of construction and of materials. The company handled all of the details, including a portapotty, so that the installers did not need to bother us. The installers were great. They worked carefully and obviously knew what they were doing. The site manager, Roger, came out every day to not only check in with the progress, but to check in with us to make sure that we did not have any concerns. Any questions or concerns that we did have were handled quickly and professionally. Steve, the paint guy came out to the house, and brought a paint fan and talked to us about what kind of paint scheme would look good on a small house like ours. Roger helped us pick a paint scheme and even had a couple of addresses of houses that they have done recently that had good colors. Finally, they installed new gutters.

Description of Work: Lifetime Remodeling Systems replaced 4 of my sliding windows and replaced my living room sliding window with a bay window.
Member Comments: Ralph Streano gave a very thorough presentation on his company, styles of windows and quality of windows available. I was indecisive about what I wanted. He was so helpful in describing possibilities. I never had to leave a message for him. He always answers his phone! The work was done as promised with strict adherence to scheduling. The installers were efficient, tidy and a pleasure to have around the house. Ralph was genuinely interested in my satisfaction with the windows and workmanship. I've lived in my present house for about 10 years and always thought of it as being quite boring. With the addition of beautiful windows, my boring house has been transformed into a welcoming home. Not only is there visual beauty, but also there is inviting warmth since our heat is now staying in the house. I will continue to call Ralph for all future remodeling projects.

Description of Work: 9 original single pane windows from a 1940's house were changed out to double hung vinyl windows. The front flat picture window was turned into a bay window. We also had the outsides of all the windows wrapped.
Member Comments: All the work went very well. Logan - our contact at the company - was in contact with us from the start of the job until it was finished. The workers - Charles and Rob - were professional, friendly and did a great job. We were kept informed of what work was going to be done when and we were offered choices when the situation called for it. We had window trim on another bay that was previously changed out and they went out of their way to match the trim they used to exactly what we had. For the couple of small unexpected situations, the company went out of their way to fix things to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend and use Lifetime Remodeling again.

Description of Work: My house is a 50 year old bungalow in the Lincoln area of Vancouver. They removed 2 old layers of siding (1 vinyl, 1 cedar) and installed Weiss Cascade pre-painted Hardi Plank. They replaced 7 windows, painted trim/soffit/and that fascia stuff. They also did blow-in insulation.
Member Comments: As a single woman with zero DIY skills I was very pleased to find that Lifetime was a trustworthy, quality focused and customer service savvy contractor. My house looks absolutely amazing. Even people I don't know in my neighborhood have stopped to tell me how good my house looks now. Lifetime worked around my schedule (which can be hectic), followed up with me when they said they would and were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Lifetime re-sided our house from top to bottom. Took off old shakes, put on cedar lap siding, re-framed windows where needed, painted the whole thing, body and trim, removed an old side door and put in a new side door.
Member Comments: The project was done with supreme professionalism. The siding crew was especially hard working. They did just an incredible amount of work so quickly so that our house was without its "skin" for only a few days. They were so careful with outside electrical connections, removing old lights and wires and leaving electrician-ready openings for our new fixtures. Jaime, the crew leader for the siding portion of our project was very good and communicated daily about what was going on the job. Throughout the work the company was very detail oriented, making sure that things were done right. They are proud of their workmanship and quality of materials and rightly so. They were even careful about responding to my questions about paint chips left in the garden, scooping them up with a vacuum. One employee communicated with us frequently about decisions to be made at each stage. The painting crew was just as good. I have to say that it was a great experience working with them all.

Description of Work: SIDING. FIRST OFF, LIFETIME WAS THE ONLY COMPANY TO CALL ME BACK AND SCHEDULE AN ESTIMATE WITH ME RIGHT AWAY, THE FIRST SIGN THAT THEY ARE A COMPANY COMMITTED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. RALPH STREANO GOT ME A GREAT DEAL ON CEDAR SIDING, WORKED UP AN ESTIMATE AND LITERALLY CALLED ME BACK THE NEXT DAY. I HAD PREVIOUSLY HAD VINYL SIDING, WHICH WAS FALLING OFF. RALPH ADVISED ME ON THE BEST WAYS TO INCREASE THE VALUE OF MY HOME WHILE ALSO GETTING BANG FOR THE BUCK. THE CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE SIDING, WHICH IS PERFECT AND SEAMLESS. THE PROJECT MANAGER, ROGER LINDSTROM, GAVE ME DAILY UPDATES ON THE WORK BEING DONE, CATERED TO MY EVERY COLOR WHIM, AND PAINTED UP SAMPLES ON MY HOUSE. RALPH ALSO FOLLOWED UP WITH ME REGULARLY. THIS IS A COMPANY I TRUST, THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK AND THE CRAFTSMANSHIP IS AMAZING. YOU CAN'T BEAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. NOT TO MENTION, THEY FINISHED THE JOB ON TIME. WITHIN 6 WEEKS.

Description of Work: Removed all siding from second story, added insulation, installed new Hardiplank siding and painted it. Also removed three large picture windows and dry rotted frames. Replaced with new thermal glass, frames, and painted. Scraped and painted all windows on ground level and upper level. Also painted porch areas and part of foundation area.
Member Comments: The first thing that impressed me about Lifetime Remodeling was the time Gino spent explaining all the options available to me and the pros and cons of each one. He came with samples to look at, pages of references and was prepared to give me a bid right then. When the job actually started, Gino stopped by frequently to check in. Roger, who supervised the painters, was also on the job site daily, sometimes several times a day and was a great help in choosing paint colors. The siding, window and painting crews were great to work with, very courteous and worked hard to get the job done. As with any kind of remodeling, there were a few unexpected issues that came up, but anything I was concerned about Gino took care of. Roger did a lot of follow-up with me to make sure I was aware of schedules, weather issues related to painting, and really served as my main point of contact. I would definitely hire Lifetime Remodeling again.

Description of Work: Total Renovation of the exterior of our house. Removed old exterior siding and replaced with Hardiplank and added Piedmont Field Stone to front, side and entire chimney.
Member Comments: Looking for a great company to do your remodeling? Look no farther. Ralph, Gino, Roger and their crews had to deal with some of Oregon's worst winter weather in years to complete our remodel. They were easy to work with letting me complete repairs while siding was exposed. The siding crew paid close attention to detail making sure everything was level and flush with each part of the house. Always checking with me as they progressed, because I had some special requests in certain areas of the house. The Rock crew had a tough job making the rock fit nicely being the field stone is all different shapes and sizes and the chimney is 35' tall. It looks just great. The neighbors can't get over how the house has been transformed. The paint crew put the finishing touch on the job and the colors look great with the rock. Again Many Thank Yous! to Ralph, Gino, Roger and their Crews they were a pleasure to work with and We highly recommend Lifetime Remodeling Systems.

Description of Work: Removed and disposed of existing siding on sides and back of house; re-sheeted with 1/2" plywood; applied moisture barrier; installed Hardiplank to sides and back of house; painted entire house with premium quality paint; removed existing glass sliding door and replaced with steel French doors.
Member Comments: From start to finish I was made to feel that my job was the most important job the company had and I was its most important customer! The company was hired for the job at the start of the rainy season, but I was constantly kept up to date regarding when work would begin, progress, etc. I was not present for most of the work, but my neighbors kept a close eye on things and gave me a glowing report each night of what they had witnessed that day. Everyone from Gino down through the clean-up man was professional and courteous. And speaking of clean-up, there was no evidence that anyone had been working in the yard when they were gone. I wanted the house in a neighborhood of like houses to make a statement, and with Roger's help in selecting just the right color, it does. I'm already asking myself, "What can I hire them to do next?"

Description of Work: What didn't they do :) Tore off and hauled old siding. Replaced w/ tight knot cedar. Redid an area of roof that needed to be fixed. Did some dry rot repair. Installed two of the most gorgeous columns in front. Threw in two wood railings on the front for free.
Member Comments: I can not speak highly enough about our experience with LTRS. Jaime, the siding crew lead, is AMAZING. He & his crew had all the siding off & replaced with new within a week. They worked very long days & even worked on the weekend. A joy to have around. In fact, in our opinion, Jaime is the star of this company. Paint crew was professional and paid great attention to detail. One of the best things about this company is their attention to customer satisfaction. Every time we called, even if we were simply needlessly panicking, Gino or Roger called back immediately and came out to the house. These guys never take time off...they are there every time you need them. Also notable, Lifetime left our yard/house in better condition than it was when they came. They cleaned up areas of the yard and even fixed our broken fence. Way above and beyond what was expected. Thanks Lifetime....We love our new old home :)

Description of Work: Lifetime Remodeling replaced eleven windows in our home, which included expanding the wall opening for two of them. They also replaced eighteen double hung windows and four picture windows in a 4-plex we own. On the outside of the 4-plex some siding had blown off and they replaced it. On a second 4-plex they replaced missing insulation on the underside of the building.
Member Comments: Ralph Streano came to our home and spent quite a while discussing his company and the products available, and gave a detailed bid for the work done on our home. He sent someone to inspect the rentals and faxed a bid for those jobs. In each situation the installers were courteous and friendly to us and to our tenants. The installations went smoothly and on time. The installer did a great job of cleaning up after himself each day, even when the job took a couple of days. The windows are great, a huge improvement to our home and to the rental properties. We are very happy with the new windows and the repairs done on the 4-plexes.

Member Comments: We can't say enough about how happy we are with Gino and his crew. Jaime, our siding crew boss, and Gerardo, his assistant, were terrific. They worked during the hottest weather this summer (100+ degrees) without complaint or taking short days or shortcuts. They did an impeccable job. Roger was the continuity director (not his actual title), making sure that everything went smoothly. He drove the whole project from start to finish. Good days, he was there. Any troubles, he was there. He worked mornings, nights, Saturdays, Sundays- Roger, you need to take more time off. And does Roger know paint or what? Thank you, Roger, for steering Kelly away from painting the house purple! He made sure we were happy with every aspect to the job. And as for his paint crew, Abel, Jas, and Ramero, we can't say enough about how pleased we were with their level of detail and care. Overall it was a terrific experience with a very, very professional and personable company and crew!!!

Description of Work: We needed a new paint job and new siding on our top floor buildout. Ralph Streano came over to bid on the siding job and told me they also paint, however the remainder of the siding of my house had problems where old boards would not hold paint. I decided to replace all the house siding, and Ralph included insulation with that and the new paint job. It was a great deal for all the work they did. The insulation they used was ''green'' in that it was old newspaper bits, and the siding they used was new cedar siding, that simulated the two board look on one side, but was one wider board overall with tongue and groove. There was so much tacked on work over the years that Ralph reassured me we would be fixing a lot of badly implemented house projects from years ago.
Member Comments: Both crews that came to work on the house were great at what they did. Rob's crew removed all the old siding in about a week or so, and blew in the insulation as they went. They worked quickly, methodically, and had a great attention to detail. They added the new siding, and caulked and caulked and caulked. They found dry rot on the top floor and bad balcony railings, which they fixed, as well as badly constructed decking. I appreciated their overall knowledge with construction and knowing they were not skilled in only one job. Before the paint crew came, Roger worked with me over and over again to nail down the colors, walk around the house and plan the painting. Then the painters added their own magic and skill. The handyman followed up both crews and fixed little things that needed fixing. These guys are so nice, so good at what they do, and give great customer service.

Description of Work: Replaced windows, resided and painted exterior of house
Member Comments: Ralph Streano bid both the window replacement and the residing/painting jobs. In both cases his bid was very close to others we had gotten. But what sold us was the quality that Lifetime puts into a project. In his well-prepared presentation he convinced us that Lifetime was the best choice because they use superior products and employ superior installation methods. And truly, except for one minor case, everyone representing Lifetime put quality ahead of speed. They took the time to do it right. Because we're all human, we hit some bumps in the road. The biggest was that we had a deadline for finishing the project which Ralph had assured us they would meet. For awhile it wasn't looking good. But as the day approached, he summoned more troops. Without compromising quality, the job was finished on time. And boy, does it look good!

Description of Work: Replaced all existing windows in our home.
Member Comments: Lifetime Remodeling replaced our siding as well as the windows. The siding went perfectly, but we had a few problems concerning the windows. NOTHING to do with the installation, but rather with the factory itself. Ralph did the best he could to represent us and get the job done to our satisfaction. They are very nice now that they are installed.

Description of Work: I had desperate need for a new paint job and also my top floor addition had been built using LP siding (long ago recalled by the company). So when Lifetime Remodeling Systems came out to talk to me about the siding issue, they also mentioned they can do the painting, and showed me boards on the remainder of my house that were so saturated they would not hold paint. I decided to reside my whole house with new cedar siding that on one side looked like two older style boards. It was a GREAT solution for fixing many of the bad add-ons my house had been put through over the years. I loved Ralph's thoroughness, knowledge and reassurances of how well the project would go and how affordable it all would be: new siding, insulation blown in, AND a new paint job!

Member Comments: From start to finish this company was easy to work with. All the crews were very polite, professional and they cleaned up the site every evening before they left. LTR maintained the highest standards of quality throughout the entire project. Every question or concern was handled promptly and professionally. Roger went above and beyond with help on choosing paint colors for our house; they must have brought out 8-10 different colors for us to try until we found the perfect colors for our house. Our house looks brand new and neighbors comment on how great it looks. Thank you!!

Ralph, owner, was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Communication was outstanding with call-backs and answers to questions immediate. Ralph's employees were prompt, polite and efficient. They always made sure materials, tools, etc., were picked up each evening and any messes were broom clean. The entire project took a good three months to complete but our house looks fabulous. The wait was worth it. We can't say enough about Lifetime Remodeling Systems. We would definitely use them again in the future and would certainly recommend them to others.

App. Cost: $19000
Description of Work: I just bought my house in March and the aluminum siding was in need of repair and paint but decided the house needed a fresh look. After talking with Home Depot and Lifetime I decided Lifetime matched my criteria of quality, attention to detail, and guarantee. My house is a small two story craftsman style home built in 1926. I wanted to get the house back to the original style and Lifetime knew exactly what was needed to do it. I decided on tight-knot cedar as it gives the best natural look. The team added blocks for all the lights, faucets, and outlets, a nice touch. They also replaced almost all the trim around the windows. I also got four new windows installed. The house was then painted with two coats of Sherwin-Williams Duration paint. Along with the siding and trim, they also painted the windows and foundation.
Member Comments: Overall, the company was a joy to work with. All crews were on time and worked very hard considering the extreme heat we had during that period. The teams were very courteous and listened to my ideas and worked with me as I did my own upgrades here and there. One crew did trample some plants, but the lead was quick to compensate us and provided a gift certificate, which was quite nice. The leads were direct, yet courteous and fun and I look forward to the next time we get to work together. I can't even count how many compliments we've received since the work was completed. Thanks everyone for a job well done.

If you have ever tried to pick colors for your house you know how difficult it can be. Rodgers help with the choices was awesome and made the job complete and perfect. Installed new exterior window and door trim. Installed new front and back doors. Boxed in fascia and soffits and installed new crown moulding. Misc repairs of insect damage and missing framing. Painted all siding and trim. The Works!
Member Comments: Easy to contact and very responsive. Quick to resolve issues -- very customer-service oriented. Gino (co-owner) came to give us the estimate and was very accessible throughout the project, appearing at the site often This job was longer and trickier than expected, but no corners were cut and the job was not rushed or pushed to the back burner. The crews were friendly and easy to talk to. Rob, our amazing site coordinator, came up with a creative solution for every challenge. As Gino said, good communication is the key to a successful project, and he and his crew made sure the communication was good. On a job this size, there will inevitably be unforeseen events. The test of a contractor is how they deal these occurences. Lifetime came through every time. The bottom line is that our house looks great and has gone up in value considerably. This was money well spent and I would definitely recommend Lifetime Remodeling and use them again myself on our next house.

I was impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the product. I felt well- informed after his presentation. Jason and Charles arrived promptly at 8:00 am to begin work. They were efficient and pleasant. They consulted me when decisions needed to be made regarding how to frame one of the exterior windows. They were meticulous about cleaning up as they went along. They returned the next day to finish the job. It was a first class operation and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for other remodeling projects.

Description of Work: Tore off asbestos shingle siding, installed house wrap, cedar trim, and hardy siding, caulk and flash, and a new paint job.
Member Comments: As an inveterate do-it-yourselfer I rarely pay other people to do work. But when I had to re-side my 1910 PDX home, I knew the job was over my head. With trepidation, I hired LRS. My worries were unfounded. LRS did a spectacular job: Gino explained everything and was forthright and knowledgeable. He or Ralph, were at the site almost every day. They take a hands-on approach to their crews and are involved with the job. I appreciated LRS's flexibility with a fluid restoration job. They worked with me the whole way, dealing with myriad changes. Clearly, Gino shared my view that the historical character of the house be maintained. Despite all this, LRS stuck to their estimates. They explained and put in writing what they would do and what it would cost. I was not charged a penny more than I agreed. Also noteworthy are LRS crews. They were polite, professional, and highly skilled craftsmen. I would trust LRS with any siding job. They are honest, reliable, and skilled at their trade.

Member Comments: Jime, and his crew that did the siding were easy to work with and worked around our schedules. Minor issue with the quality of the sheetrock repair, but it was quickly corrected. A lot of attention to detail and finishing work. Painters were quick, and did a great job. Crews were tidy and left the yard clean. Ralph and his management team had good follow through and were easy to contact if there were questions. Over all, it was a very good experience considering the amount of work that had to be done. The house now looks better then when it was new!

They repainted all non-stone front surfaces, including stucco wall, raingutters, soffit, facia board, trim, and garage doors.
Member Comments: Lifetime Remodeling Systems (LRS) is far & away the most professional, highest quality, easiest to work with. Our experience is the same as the other testimonials on Angie's list. Gino, Ralph & Roger never failed on a promise. They are always available, flexible, & worked with us seemlessly to achieve a result we & our neighbors call spectacular. Gino met with us on a # of occasions to explain the process & assist in designing the look we wanted. Both Gino and Ralph even met us at the Castia location to select materials, along with the great Castia team. LRS uses their own work crews who were organized, very clean, efficient, and timely. Ricardo, who as far as we are concerned, is a master artist. He is truly amazing. LRS used the best materials and never haggled over price. The final bid was the bid, even though inevitable project modifications had to be made during the process. We are your biggest fans! Thanks.

Member Comments: From the moment we signed with LRS, we were kept in the loop on every aspect of the project. When work could not be done due to weather constraints, we still received a call from Gino daily. Gino and his crew were responsive to my design ideas and absolutely respectful of all aspects of the house and my family. Their work is absolutely top notch. Our home is now THE house in the neighborhood, all the neighbors ask who we used. It holds energy splendidly with the new insulation. Got ripped off big time, No body espically the Oregon Contractor Board would deal with it. I'm very please to see a place like this where I could have gone to for help. I wish I would have know about this site sooner and would not have been ripped off. So, having said all that Ralph stands 200% behind his work. It's been over a year ago since he's provided the work and he still stands behind his lifetime moto. Thanks, Dwight Bostic

We liked their work so much that we continued to add to the order. Gino, his son, is our project manager and runs a tight ship. We think we have their best team - the carpenters are true craftsmen. We were very impressed with their work - its beautiful. The team is very open to ideas and supportive to be patient on those items we wanted more consultation on. We really liked that the team was passionate about the project and took great personal pride everyday. They are a fun team to work with. The crew was always punctual and completed the work within the scheduled time even with the inclement weather we had in late December early January. The materials were staged properly and protected from the weather and always available when the crew needed them. Ralph and Gino made regular checks on the progress of the job and heard and addressed my few concerns. Description of Work: Removed old siding. Installed seamless ridid-wall vinyl siding. Covered all soffit/facia door frames (wood surfaces) with white metal-no more painting! Removed 15 steel windows, made new frames, installed LBL 8000 windows. Exceptionally attentive to quality and detail and finish work. Replaced back and front doors & screens. Extra work: installed fans, stove hood vent, modified kitchen cabinet. Helped me select doors and other needed items. They were SO helpful!
Member Comments: This company was extrodinary! I looked over many of their jobs (references) and found their work to be TOP NOTCH! Their attention to minute details was really appreciated. The "seamless" siding looked much better than other types. The house siding (color yellow), windows, and doors look wonderful! The new windows/doors have made the home amazingly energy efficient. They were completely honest and ethical, were always on time, always responsive and a true JOY to work with! They DID cost about $1000 more, as compared as to some other bids that I got for the same work, but the FINAL product was worth it! I'm impressed and appreciative!

Description of Work: REPLACED ALL MY LP SIDING WITH VINYL SIDING!
Member Comments: IT WAS A PLEASURE TO FIND HIM. I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ANOTHER SIDING COMPANY WHO WAS DESTROYING MY HOUSE. I THANK THE LORD I FOUND RALPH. HE MADE MY HOME BEAUTIFUL! HE EVEN TOSSED IN A BEAUTIFUL FRONT DOOR. HE HAS COME OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE REPAIRS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. HE DOES IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND TRUST HIM 100%!
