Dear Ralph and Gino,

I would like to take a moment to thank you for providing us with the best quality work and the most outstanding service that I have ever encountered in my life! From the night that Ralph came and gave us our estimate, to the final “walk around” that Gino did with us, the entire experience was First Class.

Residing a house is a long haul, and we had avoided the inevitable for as long as we could. We had watched many or our friends “live through” the process, and not all of them had wonderful things to report! Since we have a 3 story house, we knew we would be “under construction” for 4-6 weeks.

Once we “signed on the dotted line”, the communication and service was abounding! Phone calls were answered or returned immediately. Promises were kept. All questions were answered. Quality of work was phenomenal. There was never a moment when we did not feel “taken care of!” As a matter of a fact, we felt a sense of loss, as each stage continued and we knew we would not get to see the work crews anymore! We missed them! Even our teenage children commented on how wonderful everyone was, and that they missed talking with “the guys” when they came home from school!

Now for the RESULTS! Our house is beautiful! We have had countless comments from friends as to how our house exterior has been “transformed!” The craftsmanship and attention to detail is so remarkable, that it bears noting every time we look at the house.

I cannot thank you enough for a job done to perfection! Mike and his crew were always prompt, courteous, neat and tidy, and very willing to answer any questions, no matter how many I had! Abel and his assistants were fastidious, conscientious and very detailed in their painting. It was a joy to see them arrive in the morning.

Once again, I cannot thank you enough for providing us with the BEST of everything in this whole process! What has struck me the most from start to finish, is the intrinsic ethic of honesty, quality, reliability and pride in workmanship that is spread through every layer of your company. It is rare to find that combination in the world these days! We may just have to call you from time to time, so we don’t have “severe withdrawal symptoms!”
