Dear Ralph and Gino,

The reviews are in from throughout Beaverton and Lifetime Remodeling Systems has earned 5 Stars from the harshest critics. In fact, my guess is you are likely to sweep this year’s home residing Oscars. Bravo! The Sullivan Home is a “must see!”

Ralph, from the moment you pitched the notion of your residing concept with Hardy Plank (Hardy a three time nominee who last year earned the lifetime achievement award) we knew we had a winner. Your engaging personality and trustworthy approach immediately put our fears to rest. Here’s the capper: You over promised and, counter to conventional thinking, you over delivered. One normally associates this kind of project with a hope and a prayer, or at least great trepidation. Not so with our experience. In my mind, after your work on The Sullivan Home, you’ve become the Spielberg of the residing industry.

Gino, as director of this great project, you held The Sullivan Home in the care of your hand every step of the way. Not once did we question your commitment to excellence and following through on every promise you made. In fact, you may as well just implant your cell phone, since it seems you answered it every time…or, at worst, responded with urgency every time within minutes. You were flexible and attentive…time after time, showing particular sensitivity to the inherent anxiousness of your client. Matter of fact, that’s what’s so compelling about your approach to your work on The Sullivan Home; we clearly felt as if we were your only clients at that moment.

Let me also commend your star, Mike, who was on the job every day in good spirits; ready to work. Mike commanded the screen with his easy going manner and obvious skill in the intricacies, expertise and technical savvy required to deliver a first class performance on The Sullivan Home. Bravo Mike! A star in the making!

Not to be out-shone is Jason…clearly a strong contender for Best Supporting Actor. When Mike wasn’t on the screen, Jason delivered every time with good humor and a willingness to make it happen. Even when Jason was navigating 30 feet above the ground, he never failed to deliver. No doubt Jason will be starring in his own film very soon.

Finally, Abel is the unsung hero of this whole project: As the set designer and art director, Abel brought a gentle demeanor that exudes confidence in his painting. He and the entire team were willing to work on every section of The Sullivan Home until it was right, even if it required multiple attempts.

Now that the project is complete and we have the benefit of stepping back, literally and figuratively with perspective, my wife and I are confident we made the right choice in selecting Lifetime Remodeling Systems for this critical project. The Sullivan Home is our biggest investment and I sit comfortably inside writing this letter of recommendation with great confidence and a peace of mind that we got the best work of the “A” team and, in the end, increased the value of our home.

Thank you guys for a great work of art. We think The Sullivan Home will soon be viewed as a classic, copied by others trying to create a winner.

Good luck with your next film.

All the best.

Dave Sullivan
