Our home really is our dream home and was perfect for
us nearly in every way. Every way that is except the siding, which was
LP that had failed and was growing mushrooms. We intend to raise a family
in this home and retire here, therefore quality is very important to
us. Everything we do to this home, we do with the long term in mind.
We insist that work be done right, with long lasting, efficient products
being used. I did not want to have to reside again, ever. After hearing Lifetime Remodeling Systems advertise on
1190 KEX, I logged onto their website. I found a great deal of good
information there about siding options, materials, as well as a page
with helpful tips on selecting a quality contractor. Their website showed
me a company that wanted the siding job done right as much as I did.
I then checked the BBB and found no complaints or negative reports concerning
Lifetime. We then contacted Lifetime Remodeling Systems for an estimate. I had a follow up call from another James Hardie certified
installer who had provided us with an estimate. I had fun telling him
why we went with Lifetime Remodeling instead of his company. The stainless
steel nails that Ralph loves, plywood sheer wall, Sherwin Williams Duration
paint (2 coats), all higher-grade materials than this other company
uses for not much more cost to me. Ralph was just a few percent higher
on his estimate than this other company was. The other company was befuddled
by how Ralph could use these higher-grade materials for that price.
Lifetime Remodeling Systems actually turned out to be a good deal to
boot! Work started, and we dealt with three weeks of construction
discomfort. As in all construction projects, there were issues that
needed to be addressed and taken care of. Ralph and Gino were especially
impressive with their availability and responsiveness to our questions
and concerns. They always got back with us quickly and always had our
problem taken care of if not the same day, then by the next. The time
we requested a meeting with Ralph at the house, he was there in an hour
and a half. After the first day of painting we decided to change colors,
no problem. We made an evening call to Ralph’s son Gino. Gino
got up early the next morning and matched our new color perfectly to
that of a nearby house and saved the day. Our home looks great, it’s
exactly what we had envisioned. We also decided to dress up the house
with window shutters, which Gino was able to take care of. We found
Lifetime Remodeling Systems to be very customer oriented and ethical.
They are completely focused on their client being fully satisfied with
the process and outcome of the project. I wish more companies had these
ethics and took the pride that Lifetime does in their work. Now the project has come to completion. Ralph and Gino came in under budget and ahead of schedule. My wife and I are absolutely satisfied with the project outcome and Lifetime Remodeling Systems. We are content knowing that the siding and paint are going to last many years, being installed right the first time, and with the best materials available. Thank you, Mark and Dave for advertising Lifetime Remodeling Systems, and thank you Ralph and Gino at Lifetime for doing such fine work that I can be proud of.
