LRS is committed to helping our customer's visualize the paint colors on their home before any paint is actually applied. We have a color consultant available to help our customer's if they are having a tough time finding the perfect color for their home.

Sherwin William's Color Visualizer is a great resource allowing you to try out different color sets on model homes giving you access to thousand's of color schemes that would be impossible to view quickly without this tool. We recommend that all of our customer's use this tool to narrow down their color choices before we apply sample colors to the home.

When we come out to your home for the initial consultation we will fully inspect the home prior to giving an estimate. Being an exterior remodeling specialist allows us to fix any other issues that are found such as inadequate flashing, siding failure or leaky windows before re-painting the home. Once we have inspected and measured the home we will provide you with an estimate for the painting portion and outline any other parts of the exterior that we recommend be repaired before painting begins.

Our project manager's and crew leads are lead certified meaning they have taken the required lead certification courses to comply with the new lead safety laws passed in 2008. We take lead poisoning very seriously and realize it is a major hazard in the Portland Metro area due to the age of the majority of homes. Go to our Contractor Comparison page for more information on lead remediation.

Lifetime Remodeling Systems offers exterior paints from the Sherwin Williams company. We strive to use the best materials available insuring that our jobs will last generations, not years. We find Sherwin Williams paints to be the best available and have used them on over 1200 homes since 1997.
